I’ve built 4 companies, and I’ve watched the same pattern play out every time: the founders who build an audience have an unfair advantage. But the price of that advantage has always been brutal. Every post delivered. The carousels were sharp. The scripts were flawless. Every hook felt completely original.

Then the penny dropped: I wasn’t watching Aj. I was watching his AI clone, creating content, showing up consistently and going viral, while he ran his companies and travelled the world.

Okay. AI just got SERIOUSLY good.

Why this one matters to me

I started in entrepreneurship really early and fell in love with it. I’ve built 4 companies and had my first exit back in Australia. And one thing I’ve seen over and over: the founders and leaders who built an audience have had an unfair advantage.

But look at what it takes to build that audience. Show up on camera every day. Constantly think of hooks (I’m dyslexic, and that part is genuinely hard for me). Spend countless hours editing, or hire a team, and a year later you’ve spent six figures.

Here’s why the timing has changed:

2022: ChatGPT came out. It wasn’t even good at math.

2023: Claude arrived, and what Claude got good at was marketing. Suddenly every creator, man and dog was posting AI content.

2026: these models are at PhD level, video and image creation feels like an HD movie, and given enough context, AI writes powerful copy.

But AI still doesn’t have taste. It doesn’t have creativity. It can’t tell your story.

Which means the unfair advantage that once belonged only to people willing to live on camera is now available to anyone who can build the system.

Aj built the system. An AI clone of himself, wired into one orchestrator that researches, writes and produces. It took him from 10K to 400K followers in under 5 months, and the same machine runs his Instagram, LinkedIn and Substack. Three platforms, three algorithms, one machine.

I think about the people reading this. The investor who wants more time for deals but has a decade of knowledge to share. The engineer who wants to keep building. The coach who wants to stay focused on her clients. The founder juggling many hats who hasn’t seen her friends in months.

Doing content properly by hand costs 30+ hours a week, minimum. That’s the price of the unfair advantage, and it’s why most experts stay invisible.

Unless the machine does the 30 hours.

I dropped out of high school with no plan and built a retreat business in Australia. I didn’t build it to sell. I built it because I was good at getting people in a room. When a competitor made an offer, one who could actually grow it further than I ever could, I took it. I never once asked what the multiple should have been. That wasn’t the mistake. The mistake came after.

I moved to the US and co-founded a high-growth startup. I was COO. We raised multiple seven figures. I told Andy the raise was the most punishing thing I’ve been through, and I meant it.

What I didn’t say out loud until that recording: the company I was grinding toward wasn’t mine. It was my business partner’s dream. I had the information the whole time. I just wasn’t slowing down long enough to listen to it.

That’s the lesson I keep paying for. Not that fundraising is hard. Whether the plan I’m running is mine, or one I inherited because it was already moving and it felt rude to get off. Four companies in, I finally check before I commit a year of my life to it.

That’s the whole premise of the Revenue AI Accelerator. Not another growth-at-all-costs system. A way to build the revenue engine that’s actually yours, so you stop grinding toward someone else’s exit.

Somehow: four companies. I bootstrapped my first one back in Australia and sold it in 2021. I’ve been investing since I was 18, across most asset classes, most recently as a private investor in Anthropic. And I’ve raised multiple 7 figures from VC’s and family office's.

Why the maths just flipped

Here’s what changed, and why I’m writing this now and not five years ago.

The single biggest reason founders raised money was headcount. Capital bought people: the marketer, the SDR, the ops manager, the analyst. Ten salaries before revenue. That’s what the seed round was for.

AI agents now do that work. Not “will do”. Do. My content, pipeline, inbox, research and ops run on agents I built myself. No engineering background. No technical co-founder. A laptop in Spain.

Which means the actual inputs for a high-growth company in 2026 are:

A creative mind. Judgment and taste, the two skills AI can’t replace and investors could never buy you anyway.

A room of ambitious humans. Connection, not headcount. The right 50 people beat the wrong 50 employees.

Grit. Unchanged since forever. Still not for sale.

Notice what’s not on the list. A degree. A wizard-child origin story. A cap table.

The next generation of great companies gets built at the intersection of AI, human connection and time. Owned by their founders. And my next chapter is backing that generation: women and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs growing revenue with AI, because those are the people missing from the rooms I used to teach.

What to do before you ever consider raising

Ask three questions. In order.

1. What would the money actually buy? Write the list. If most of it is people doing repeatable work (content, outreach, follow-up, admin, research), that’s agent work now, not salary work.

2. Have I hired AI for those jobs yet? Not chatted with it. Hired it: given it the role, the outcome it owns, and a report-back cadence. Until you’ve tried, you don’t know your real capital need.

3. What does the money cost in time? Not equity. Time. How many years of working at someone else’s pace, toward someone else’s exit?

Most founders who run this honestly find their raise shrinks to zero.

The reason why I’m very passionate about women being financially free:

A woman with her own money makes her own decisions. She leaves the room she wants to leave. She backs the idea nobody else believes in yet. She takes the year, or the risk, or the flight. She says no to work that shrinks her and yes to work that grows her. Financial freedom is not a nice bonus on top of a good life. It is the floor the whole life stands on.

I have watched what happens when a woman gets her own money. She gets quieter about what other people think and louder about what she wants. That is the version of you I am building for.

And right now women are getting left behind on the one tool that changes the math. Women are adopting AI 25% less than men. That gap is not a personality trait. It is access to community, education, and then it starts to compounds. Every month a woman waits to use AI in her business is a month she competes against people who are not waiting.
