Add all three to your phone and pin the chats to the top of Messages. Pinned chats are their desks. If they’re buried, you stop delegating. I’ve watched it happen.
How to brief them
Every task gets the 4 Cs. Skip one and you redo the work.
Clarity. What does done look like?
Context. What’s in my head that they need?
Collaboration. Who’s involved, and where do I check?
Cadence. Recurring? When is it due?
Three rituals to steal
Inbox pass, three times a day. Muse drafts replies, logs new contacts to my tracker, unsubscribes from marketing.
Call prep. A 6pm preview of tomorrow’s calls, then a brief two hours before each one.
Granola to posts, daily at 6pm. Stanley scans my meeting notes for quotes and turns them into LinkedIn posts and Substack Notes. My meetings write my content now.
One warning. Automated LinkedIn activity can trip their bot checks and freeze your account. Mine did. Keep volumes low and human.
Don’t read about it. Build it.
