Four hundred people were turned away from a free workshop in New York last week.
Not because the content was secret. Because the room fits a hundred.
Over 500 applications for around 100 seats at AJ Yadav’s Claude Code session.
So we are fixing the room instead of the invite list. AJ and I are taking this on the road, starting in New York next month.
AJ reached 400K followers in under five months, using an AI clone and a content system he built with agents.
He did not become more interesting. He built something that publishes at a volume a person cannot sustain by hand, then stayed consistent long enough for it to compound.
Most founders have the opposite problem. Plenty of ideas, plenty of taste, no machine that turns Tuesday’s thought into Thursday’s post without them sitting down to do it.
That gap is where audiences quietly die.
