The Time Rich Audit
List last week. Every block over 15 minutes, with hours. What you did, not what you planned.
Mark each one $ or not. $ means it put you in front of someone who could pay you this month. Prep doesn’t count. Coffee with no ask doesn’t count.
$ hours divided by total hours. That’s your number. Mine’s 90%.
Give every non-$ task an owner who isn’t you:
Skill: same steps every time (proposals, drafts, captions)
Agent: runs on a schedule (inbox, follow-ups, call prep)
Human: needs hands or judgment you can teach
You: pricing, offers, anything sent in your name, hiring. Nothing else.
Check it against your COMPASS.
