Last summer I 4x’d revenue at my last company. One scalable system, then 150 interns onboarded to pour fuel on it.
I know how that sounds. It worked.
This month I did it again at smaller scale. 18 interns, five days, while running the venture. And it has already changed the business.
Then I noticed the thing that has been sitting in front of me the whole time.
You onboard an intern exactly the way you onboard an agent
Same four moves.
You give them context, everything they need to know about how the business works. You set guardrails, what they can decide alone and what comes to you. You give them one clear job rather than a vague zone. You build a feedback loop so the work gets better instead of just getting done.
That is an agent brief. It is also an intern’s first week.
Which means the work you do to make your business AI ready is the same work that makes it ready for human talent. You are not choosing between the two. Build the system once and both run on it.
Most founders think AI replaces the junior hire. In my experience AI is what finally makes the junior hire viable, because it eats the coordination that used to make you say no.
Humans in the loop is the whole point
I am not interested in an autonomous business. I am interested in a business where the system handles the repetition and the people handle the judgment.
That is what human centric means here. The AI does not remove the person. It removes the reason you never had room for them.
So I am launching it in beta
No landing page. Beta cohort, fast feedback, then the tech layer gets built around what actually worked.
The bias is deliberate. The underdogs need hands-on experience nobody will give them. Business owners need a human way into AI that does not start with a 40 tool stack. Those are the same problem and I am done waiting for someone else to notice. If this is for you - let’s chat!!
Guess what you get to be apart of my unfiltered journal as I build a $20M business in the next 7 months 🫶🏼
